Hello dear
I understand your concern
Urobilinogen is normally present in the urine in low concentrations (0.2-1.0 mg/dL or Bilirubin is converted to urobilinogen by intestinal bacteria in the duodenum.
Most urobilinogen is excreted in the faeces or transported back to the liver and converted into bile.
The remaining urobilinogen (Urobilinogen is present in increased concentrations in the urine in patients with cirrhosis, infective
hepatitis, extravascular haemolysis, haemolytic anaemia, pernicious anaemia, malaria, and hepatitis secondary to
infectious mononucleosis.
3-4 fold increase in urobillinogen have a clinical significance.
But highest level can be accepted and it has no clinical significance.
But you have to correlate it with the liver profile and complete hemogram test BECAUSE IN LIVE DISEASE THERE IS INCREASE urobillinogen in the urine.
So high urogenital could be due to liver disease like alcohol consumption, heaptitis,
fatty liver.
So it should be correlated with the liver profile and other symptoms.
Normal PSA range is
Decreased level is could be due to propecia.
It help in the prostate enlargement by reducing the
dihydrotestosterone (DHT) level
Hope this may help you
